Lindsay Lohan is having a string of good luck, as RadarOnline.com just confirmed that charges will not be filed against her stemming from the incident with a Betty Ford staffer.

The Riverside County District Attorney PIO told RadarOnline.com that they were not filing charges "due to insufficient evidence," meaning that they did not find credible evidence to prosecute Lindsay, 24, for the alleged altercation with Dawn Holland at her rehab center.

The PIO explained why the decision not to file charges against Lindsay took so many months.

"We treat it as any other case and had to speak with subsequent witnesses, transcribe data and came to the conclusion we did."

Holland had accused an "out of control" Lohan of throwing a phone at her after being caught allegedly drinking and violating curfew - which lead the Palm Desert Police Department to investigate the 24-year-old for  breaching probation during the December 12 altercation.

I'm actually so sick of her getting away with everything that now I hope she goes to jail. Her "camp" is so good at paying people off, etc. she is NEVER going to learn. The whole Lindsay situation just sickens me. Celebrity justice, sucks.

enough $$ spent on an incident that is not abnormal in rehab. riverside co has some of the most horrific crime that needs attention. gangs in moreno valley are rampant. 11yr old gang-raped by SEVEN men on march 10th. spend our tax $ prosecuting THAT.

I can't stand this girl, but this is starting to smell like a witch hunt! The police would be better serving the community tracking down all the child molesters that are violating probation.

Lindsay got to be extremely careful of these bastards. They will stalk her, put a tracking device on her car, will announce her road location on police radio, enter her home, install listening devices and cameras, open mail and monitor web surfing.

ive always wondered how they can say she stole the necklace when they saw her to the door
that said the legal system has cost lindsay no last name now, a ton of cash, youd think that would be enough to punish her in anyones eyes

I'm beginning to think this all a publicity stunt for an attention craving has been. No family can be that disgusting, no judicial system that lenient and no person as thick headed as Lindsay Lohan.

Love or hate L. Lohan, these cops in and around LA have it out for her. Don't they have anything better to do? Even Charlie Sheen and his suitcase of coke didn't get busted.
