Grammer -- who turns 56 Monday -- openly made out with his fiancee, 29-year old British flight attendant Kayte Walsh, at the Eden Roc Hotel pool in Miami Beach, FL. on Sunday.

The thriced-divorced Grammer -- who just this month officially split from his Real Housewife of Beverly Hills wife Camille -- has said he intends on tying the knot with Kayte sometime in February.
