Lindsay Lohan didn't have to worry about being accused of pocketing any goods at the pre-Oscar bash she attended Friday night, RadarOnline.com can report. Kari Feinstein's Style Lounge is one of the biggest swag giveaways of the award season!

This was Lindsay's first event since her last courtroom appearance where Judge Keith Schwartz revealed that any plea bargain in her grand theft case would result in a jail sentence from him.
The troubled starlet has until her next court date, March 10, to decide to accept a plea deal and go to jail, or go to trial and try her luck with a jury.

She looked like she may still be grappling with that decision, seeming to be unusually low key and serious at Friday's swag event.
Other celebs who walked away with bags and bags of freebies including wrist watches, shoes and cosmetics included Lohan's former best pal Paris Hilton, plus Jennifer Love Hewitt, Balthazar Getty and David Arquette.

This was a charity event where Lindsay filmed a short film for the charity concerned. I'm rooting for Lindsay too but she's not allowed to leave California at the moment. Good luck Lindsay, there are a few haters but good people want you well.

One of these days Lindsay is going to realize the only way to recovery is to leave LA. As it is, she's surrounded by far too many temptations. I'm pulling for her but I'm apparently in the minority.

Youre so right, Hollywood is the WORST place for a recovering addict to live in. If she has any chance in overcoming her demons, its for her to GTFO of California all together.
