Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz looked every bit the happily-married couple Monday in West Hollywood -- just two days before Ashlee filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” -- and RadarOnline.com has the photo for you.
The ex-Melrose Place star, with her new short hairdo, was seen walking with the Fall Out Boy rocker and their 3-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, not giving any signal there was trouble in paradise.
We also caught up with Pete at Dragon Books in Bel Air, where he told RadarOnline.com exclusively he'd planned a "surprise" for his wife this Valentine's Day.
Ashlee, who’s represented by Laura Wasser, is looking to get joint legal custody and primary physical custody of Bronx, as well as spousal and child support. Stacy Phillips will representing Pete, 31.
