Posted on Feb 13, 2011 @ 11:00AM

Jessica Simpson's fashion empire will take in more than $1 billion in 2011, RadarOnline.com has learned.
That will represent a stunning 25 percent increase over her 2010 gross and put the singer-turned-designer in the same financial company as Michael Kors and other far-more established fashion leaders. This according to a profile of Simpson upcoming in New York Magazine.

Sticking 2 the jealous theme, I w/ like 2 add to Jessie's list of positives: < than average IQ, no education, a career based around an illlusion of creating fashion (i.e. adding ur name does not = creating fashion), & engagement 2 a mutt! Jealous?

The pro-Jessia comments are ridiculous. On an objective scale Jessia is NOT pretty (unless u like the short, bloated & sloppy type), healthy (more accurately obese), or "normal" (versus being desperate / clingy, abuser of alcohol / food).

One billion in sales is a loooooong way from being a billionaire! She's like many "names" who only slap it on the product & get a licensing fee. Only a small portion of the billion in sales is profit & a small portion of that goes to Jessucka.

she has done well with this, but better get her alcoholism and weight handled, and unemployed boyfriend/fiancee relationship no prenup relationship figured out before she loses everything...she needs rehab and therapy badly.

Who would've guessed her fashion line would be this big in sales. Go figure.
