VIDEO: 'Lie! Lie! Lie!' Octo-Mom Gets Verbal Beating, Financial Advice From Suze Orman On Oprah Show

Broke “Octo-Mom” Nadya Suleman got a financial intervention from money makeover guru Suze Orman on the Oprah Winfrey show on Friday and things got heated.
In one of several bizarre and even disturbing segments of the show, the tough-talking financial expert accused Suleman of lying when she claimed that she paid for her embryo implants "through years of saving."

"Lie. Lie. Lie," Orman said. "I went through your finances. You had to pay back somebody who lent you the money to have it. You did not save the money to be implanted. You borrowed all of it."
Suleman confessed : “All of it. I borrowed the money," But then she back-tracked saying: "I saved and I borrowed and...I did everything I could - like an addict. Like an addict to drugs who will do anything they can to secure the money they need for in vitro. I think I could have been self-medicating through children."

And in fact in one of the nastier and more bizarre parts of the show, Orman barked at Octo-Mom: “Are you a baby addict?!”
As Octo tried to answer, Orman interrupted loudly, and sternly demanded, “Yes or no?! No, are you a baby addict? Yes or no?!’
Octo said today she isn’t but “back then probably yes”
The “premise” of the show was for Orman to give Suleman a financial makeover, as the mom of 14 previously admitted that she’s broke. Orman had been working with her prior to show taping.

Orman told her: "You need to look at all your bills. You need to look at this very realistically. The gifts have to go, the manicures have to go, the trainer has to go." She also told Nadya to get rid of the $2,000 a month private school bills and pointed out that she spent almost $8,000 on Christmas toys last year.
Orman's wallet-tightening checklist included selling toys on eBay and getting an agent to sell a book or a TV show.

But things got ugly when Orman snapped at her: "Everybody thinks you’re crazy for having eight kids. You know it, and I know it.'"
At one point, Octo-Mom broke down and expressed self-loathing, blaming the media (of course) for her problems.”I hate myself,” she said.” I’m not being me. I’m being this thing they invented in the freakin’ media. Octo-Mom.”

IF your going to call others out in public on their 'stuff' and lies be fair and do it across the board to EVERYONE. I dont condone what Nadia did but crucifying her in public wont help and let's be real many others are making money selling lies.

Evidently, you aren't familiar with Suze Orman. She DOES call everyone out on their financial BS, both on Oprah and on her own show.

Crucifying, say what? Can you really call it crucifixion when you beg to cameras & nail your own self to the cross instead of just crazy gluing your crazy mouth shut? No one could ever do more damage to that skidmark than herself. That's her career.

...wasting money, and have addictions (drugs, alcohol, plastic surgery etc.) and could use the industry and their parents as reasons BUT you will never see Oprah or Suze confront those celebs like they did Nadia.

she's just some grifter with failed plans who wrote to Oprah saying she was destitute. How many celebrities do that, anyway?

She didn't have to go. But, she needs money. She's still hoping that someone will pay her way. Other celebs at least pay for their own addictions. She wants everyone else to pay for hers.
