Lindsay Lohan seems to attract cops -- like honey attracts bees.

The Mean Girls star, 24, left a pal's home in Beverly Hills Wednesday only to find a $65 parking ticket on the windshield of her luxury Mercedes.
Apparently, you need a parking permit to park in that neighborhood.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Lohan was released from the Betty Ford Center on Monday after spending a court-ordered, 90-day stint in rehab.
The troubled starlet is now in the process of moving out of Hollywoood to a rented beach front home in nearby Venice, California.

Maybe if she didnt call the Paparazzi ALL the time and obeyed the law, she wouldnt get into trouble ALL the time.NOTHING has changed with her, she will be failing a drug test real soon

She could be in more trouble,since her probation dept. let her get her licence back. She's not to break any laws, a ticket is breaking the law. Hey Jill n Chill did you remenber to put a X on your calenders today LOL!

That bites! I'm not a Lindsay fan, but needing a parking permit to park in any neighborhood is ridiculous.
