She’s been out of rehab less than a week, but Lindsay Lohan is already making up for lost time – and has just been gifted a $25,000 necklace just hours after being given a $135,000 Range Rover!

RadarOnline.com has learned the cash-strapped starlet was visiting her good friend and celebrity jeweler Pascal Mouawad on Friday to pick out a whopping 10-carat freebie!
“The meeting was purely friendship and not business,” said a source. “They’re not working on a jewelry line together, but he was really happy to see her and she came over to the West Hollywood showroom so he could give her a special necklace.”

The diamond necklace bears a striking resemblance to the famed Titanic’s ‘Heart of the Ocean’, only this bauble is a breathtaking heart-shaped 10.10 carat diamond rosette necklace selected by Pascal from his Masterpiece Collection.
Lindsay got out of rehab on Monday and has been staying at the plush Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where the two close friends met up earlier today.

“They were hanging out at the Four Seasons and she went to the showroom so he could give her the gift and she took photos wearing the necklace, then left.”
