Actress Reese Witherspoon is flaunting a new rock on her finger that really packs a punch - 4 carats to be exact -- and RadarOnline.com has a photo of the bling.

It's been a fairytale come true for Witherspoon who became engaged to fiancé Jim Toth over the holidays after a whirlwind romance.
The beautiful 4-carat engagement ring is an Ashoka cut set on a pave diamond and platinum band.

The shape was re-created based on the famous 41.37 carat diamond named after the Buddhist warrior-emperor Ashoka Maurya and is known for its exceptional beauty and unique cut.
"In the past year, the retro look in diamonds has been very popular," jeweler William Goldberg told People.com of the design.

"It's a very elegant cut and it has an old feel to it."
This will be the second marriage for Witherspoon who divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2008.

They can spend their money any way they can..it's their money..Reese strikes me as level headed and her kids come first with her..I hope she has a happy life after the pain her ex caused her. I hope Eddie and Leannes EX'S have happy lives too.

reese absolutely looks pregnant, so guess she thought she better nail this guy toth before she brings that kid into the world as a child out of wedlock , as so so many of her friends are doing..she has a huge belly, and a preggo bellhy. damn.

But good eyes, she does look pregnant. Oh well, hope she has a nice marriage and kid (if she's pregnant.) Husband #1 wasn't much to write home about so hope this one works out well for her.
