Who needs AAA when you have Charlie Sheen's estranged wife?

Yes, that was Brooke Mueller coming to the aid of Paris Hilton, who ran out of gas Tuesday in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.

"So brutal my car ran out of gas," the socialite Tweeted. "Waiting for my girls to come rescue me."

And rescue her they did, as the estranged wife of the Two and a Half Men star showed up with gas can in hand to help out an heiress in need.

Mueller and Hilton are currently collaborating on an Oxygen reality show that documents Hilton's jet-setting lifestyle.

I love Paris, but c'mon now....this is so fake I couldn't get past the first minute of this. Socialite Paris doesn't have AAA Road Service? None of the many cameramen could help? I thought the SUV was out of gas...and also dead battery?
