Jenny McCarthy has a new man to kiss at midnight tonight, RadarOnline.com has learned. She's been dating entertainment-sports attorney Paul Krepelka.

"They've been on a couple dates," a source told PEOPLE about their very quiet relationship.
Krepelka, 43, from Massachusetts, appears to be just what Jenny's been looking for since her split from actor Jim Carrey.
“I can’t do any celebrities. I need normal folk. I’m done, I’m officially done,” she jokingly told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show earlier this month.

McCarthy will ring in 2011 as part of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

After splitting with Carrey in April, Jenny dated former model Jason Toohey for several months. They broke up about four weeks ago and McCarthy quickly moved on to Krepelka.
