EXCLUSIVE: Fantasia Fails To Keep Reporters Out Of Courtroom After Abortion Confession

Fantasia Barrino was not pleased when her private courtroom confession of an abortion was made public so the American Idol winner attempted to seal the next hearing but failed, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively .

“Fantasia’s attorney tried to have the courtroom sealed for Tuesday’s hearing but was denied by the judge,” a source with inside information told RadarOnline.com.
The 26-year-old has been in and out of North Carolina court hearings with her married lover Antwaun Cook and his scorned wife, Paula Cook – claiming she didn’t know Antwaun was married when they started their affair.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Fantasia reluctantly took the witness stand on November 22, where she eventually admitted to having an abortion after becoming pregnant by Antwaun.
Lawyer: "But did you tell Mr. Cook you aborted his child?"
Fantasia: "I did, yeah."
Lawyer: "When did you abort his child?"
Fantasia: "It hasn't been too long ago."

That was a snippet of dialogue taken from the explosive audio obtained by RadarOnline.com of Fantasia’s shocking confession in court.
Paula claims Fantasia knew Antwaun was married and went ahead with the relationship anyway – thus the court hearings to uncover the truth – and leaving Paula with the option to sue them over the unique Alienation of Affection law.

“Antwaun will be testifying on Tuesday and he’s been ordered to bring his laptop in to retrieve information,” a source tells RadarOnline.com.
“The court is doing everything they can to get the truth out of everyone.”

Despite the havoc surrounding Fantasia and Antwaun’s relationship, the two are still going strong and closer than ever.
“Fantasia has even been spending time with Antwaun’s kids,” the source said.

Fantasia isnt the first woman to be lied to.. but I may bet she is the first celeb that admitted to an abortion during a court case. Unacceptable that the media got ahold of that tidbit. Hopefully she will get away from that loser guy.
