VIDEO: Porn Star Reveals Details Of Charlie Sheen's Rampage, Says She's Suing & Filing Police Report

It looks like “one bad night’ is going to land Charlie Sheen back in court.
Porn star Capri Anderson went on national TV with her lawyer Monday morning and announcing she’s filing a civil suit and criminal complaint against Sheen stemming from her paid dinner date with the star on October 25. She also claimed he licked her face, hurled a lamp at her and snorted a white powder during his hotel room meltdown.

Anderson confirmed RadarOnline.com’s exclusive report that Sheen was hurling racial slurs the night of their encounter, a night that left her locked in the bathroom of a New York hotel while police came to their room and an out-of-control partying Sheen was taken to a hospital.
When Sheen went over the edge and Anderson locked herself in a bathroom, according to Anderson’s lawyer Keith M. Davidson Sheen threw “himself into the door,” shouting “let me in, let me in, I’ll kill you, let me in”

The Two and a Half Men later called it “one bad night” but it’s clear that Anderson hopes to turn that night into a payday, announcing Monday that she will soon file suit in Los Angeles for battery, assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress. Her lawyer also said they will file a criminal complaint with New York Police.
In the Good Morning America interview, Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, admitted she was paid $3500 for the night, but insists it was an “appearance” fee for dinner only and did not involve sex. She also says Sheen never paid her and after the incident offered her money to not talk about it.

After dinner Anderson said she saw Sheen snorting something in the hotel room.
“I was sitting on the edge of coffee table and he was serving us both drinks and he snorted something.” Her lawyer then interrupted and said: “It was a white powdery substance.” Anderson repeated his words.

“He asked for massage,” Anderson said, detailing what happened next. “There was a little bit of romance if you will. In the moment a lot happened.”
‘A lot’ includes, according to Anderson, Sheen picking up a lamp and throwing it at her. She claims it grazed her arm. She also says at one point he picked up a shiny object, perhaps a letter opener.
“When I became really uncomfortable was when he put his hands around my neck,” Anderson said. “At that point things began to very rapidly kinda fall apart and just really get out of hand. That was when things really started to go wrong.”
Confronted with the fact that she told police she was fine and even posted that on her website Anderson told GMA she was in shock and the police weren’t nice to her. She did not explain why she posted she was fine on her website.

One excerpt from Anderson’s lawsuit contains this bizarre passage: “Sheen then grabs Walsh’s neck with both hands and begins to exert certain force as he starts to lick Walsh’s face with abandon.
“Next Sheen picks up a lamp from the floor and hurls it at Walsh grazing her arm.”
Sheen lawyer Yale Galatner issued a statement that Sheen won’t pay the porn star a dime.

“Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct….the night of the incident. She has posted on her website that she was ‘fine’ after the incident,” said Galatner’s statement.
“We will defend this lawsuit vigorously and will never pay her a dime. These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity.”
Later Galatner added this to his statement about Anderson: “She has been to a number of law firms who have refused her case because they doubt her credibility. A number of news organizations have refused her story for the same reasons.”

In one bizarre moment of the interview GMA questioned Anderson about receiving money for sex that night. Her lawyer responded, “…if it were true that would make Mr. Sheen nothing more than a John.”
Anderson said during dinner at Danielle she spent much of the night speaking with Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards, who left early and was taken aback at the crowd. She also claims that Charlie’s “friend” Rick asked her to take him back to the hotel and that Sheen was drunk.
And while Anderson, who seemed to cry lightly during the interview, described Sheen going out of control at that point, she admitted that when she locked herself in the bathroom she didn’t call police but instead called a friend.

If the hooker was allegedly harmed, where are the police photos, or her own photos of her injuries? Why didn't she record this, or take immediate photos on her cell phone? Her words are not proof, where's the evidence?
