VIDEO: LeAnn Rimes Has 'No Regrets' About Affair With Eddie Cibrian

She's been called a "homewrecker", a "cheater", and even a "stalker", but singer LeAnn Rimes says she has "no regrets" about having an affair with actor Eddie Cibrian when both of them were married to other people.

In her first television interview since she became embroiled in a cheating scandal, Rimes spoke out to ABC's Robin Roberts for a primetime special airing Wednesday night, but previewed on Good Morning America.

“I have no regrets,” she told Roberts. "That's just not me. What happened is not who I am, period. But I do know how much I love him. So I've always said I don't live my life with regret. I can't."
As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Rimes was married to dancer Dean Sheremet when she met Cibrian last year on the set of their Lifetime TV movie, Northern Lights.

At the time, Cibrian was a family man with two children with his model wife, Brandi Glanville.
Both Cibrian, 37, and Rimes, 28, have since divorced their respective spouses, and the couple now lives together.

Obviously neither one were happy in their marriages. Did they make a mistake by not getting out of them first? Yes. But they're happy now, move on.

I've literally taken her songs off of my ipod! I'm separated from my husband, still good friends, so i'm not a bitter person, just very shocked at how she has handled all of this.

You weren't thinking at all. People have control over their emotions and actions. To justify cheating by saying "you just fell in love" is an insult to the human mind.

I know people who have done this and feel a lot of remorse and I can sympathize when I know they feel bad but this one acts so natural with it all I keep wondering if she didn't cheat a lot..

I hate broken homes..I cant feel sorry for someone crying crocodile tears over her emotions when she has brought heartbreak to a woman and her children..I dont know how her ex husband feels although I am sure he feels free.
