Drunk drivers should just get an automatic death penalty (swiftly) if they are over 25. If under, they should be caned and have their licence taken from them until 25. If they drive again w/o a licence, then tossed in the slammer until 25.

that makes a lot of sense. people can commit premeditated murder and not get the death penalty, but if you drive drunk, you fry? coming from somebody who doesn't even know how to spell license property, i'm sure we should implement your ideas

cops seem to always have an attitude, especially when there is a camera on them. Some of the sobriety tests they pull on you are ridiculous, they would be very difficult even if you haven't had anything to drink.

BTW, the WORST state to get busted for DUI in is Florida. THEY DO NOT PLAY.
