Miley Cyrus - on the verge of turning 18 - got a jump on celebrating her birthday after attending the American Music Awards Sunday night - by getting extremely cozy with a guy at hip night spot Trousdale in West Hollywood, CA.

Once again, Miley stepped out wearing a very adult outfit - in this case, it was tight black leather pants and a black leather bra.
It may surprise you (or maybe not) to hear that Miley's mom, Tish, was also at the club, where Miley was presented with a giant cake that almost looked like a wedding cake. Other celebs joining them included Ke$ha, Kelly Osbourne, Rumer Willis and Glee's Mark Salling.
Earlier at the AMAs, a barefoot Miley performed her song, Forgiveness and Love.

@Catstone, it's not statutory rape for a 17-year-old to kiss an 18-year-old. What is illegal is for a professional photographer to use a telephoto lens to take a picture through a window into a private party. That's what we call a peeping Tom!
