Cancer stricken Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta Jones have stepped out with their children, Dylan and Carys, visiting the happiest place on earth, Disney World!

Even though the 66-year-old is recuperating from the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, the Wall Street 2 star looked happy and healthy.

Douglas finished cancer treatment last month.

This week, Douglas' legendary father, Kirk, said his son was feeling 'feisty' again and is also getting his appetite back.

1) Michael looks MA VA LOUS YAY! 2) . Lost my dad at 15 & JUST found 200+ slides of the 1960s. Got them back yesterday (converted 2 digital.) Lots from DIsney trip in 1961. SO... excited. Michael looks MUCH better & they all look so happy.

That is definitely one trip to Disney his kids will remember. What a great place to go and just unwind after all the family has been through. They totally deserve to have some fun and relaxation especially the children. Quality time as a family.
