The mother of Oksana Grigorieva will testify at a hearing Monday in the bitter child custody war between the Russian singer and Mel Gibson, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

A Russian translator is on hand to interpret for her.

Oksana and the Braveheart star are facing off with a judge in downtown Los Angeles over custody of their one-year-old baby daughter, Lucia.

Oksana has publicly claimed that an out-of-control Mel screamed at her and struck her as she held Lucia, causing a bump to the baby's chin last January -- an allegation Gibson strongly denies.

The Mother is on record stating Timothy Dalton abused Oksana. Hope Mels lawyers have a copy of that article from russia. Proves Oksana has acused another of DV and is an outright liar, since she has denied Dalton abused her.

They also have the email from Oks to Mel saying that TD abused her, as well as her complaining that he wasn't paying enough in child support. Once is an occurence, twice constitutes a pattern.

Oksana literally does not have a dime she was earning around 100 grand a year when she met Mel but stopped working when she started living with him. Lawyers would have to wait a long time to get paid by Mel's side.

SAYS WHO? OKSANA? BAHHA! SHE NEVER WORKED IN HER LIFE, NEVER MADE A CONCERT, NEVER HAD A RECORD, BEFORE MEL MADE ONE FOR HER. SHE IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIER. HER DOC SAID SHE HAD NO INJURIES ON JANAURY 07, 2010.

She never had much of a career. She sounds like a cat in heat when she sings. And since Civil lawyers like GA work on contingency, waiting for their paycheck isn't a problem.

Actually it was Gloria Allred's daughter. They walked away from her because the woman is NOT after money. She already walked away form 15 Mil. Lawyers only get paid if their client does.

They walked away from her because they realized she's a psychotic liar. Lawyers will vigorously defend someone, but they won't help them commit fraud and perjury.
