Jessica Simpson Shows Off Ruby Engagement Ring

Jessica Simpson showed off her stunning (and rather non-traditional) ruby engagement ring while promoting her clothing line at Dillard's department store in Kansas City this weekend, and RadarOnline.com has the pic.
The Neil Lane ring actually has three stones: a large ruby in the middle, surrounded by two diamonds, according to People.com.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Simpson's boyfriend, former NFL player Eric Johnson, recently popped the question after only five months of dating, and the singer accepted.
A wedding date has not been announced. This will be the second marriage for Simpson, 30, and Johnson, 31, who recently divorced his wife.

News of their engagement came less than two weeks after Simpson's ex, singer Nick Lachey proposed to his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo after five years of on-and-off again dating.
