EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: MTV Served Subpoena For Video Of 'Teen Mom' Star Attacking Ex Fiancé

MTV, you’ve been served.
Cops investigating Teen Mom star Amber Portwood for an alleged beat down on her 260-pound ex-fiancé have slapped television producer MTV with a subpoena, demanding unseen video of the incident.
RadarOnline.com has learned the subpoena was delivered Monday to an attorney in Indianapolis representing MTV.
In the filing, police sought “any and all records reference raw television or video media footage regarding the MTV production(s) of Teen Mom which depict all or potentially all physically violent encounters between Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley, in addition to any raw footage of the Reunion Shows in Portwood and Shirley discuss any such violent encounters on the show Teen Mom, either “aired” or “unaired”.

“MTV has been very cooperative,” Anderson Police Department spokesman Mitch Carroll told RadarOnline.com.
“They normally have 30 days to respond and they already have the tapes with their attorney. They have helped us along in letting us know what was available.

“MTV sent all the material ahead of time and once the subpoena was issued they said we could have access to the records.”
On an episode of the hit reality television show, Portwood, 20, was shown repeatedly punching and slapping Gary Shirley, 23, during an expletive-filled rant.

The lead detective investigating Portwood, Detective Jake Brook, was expected to have the tapes in his possession by late Tuesday.

Once she dropped Leah into the crib by holding her by one arm and nearly THROWING her into the crib. Not covering her up and letting her cry without a bottle or pacifier. NO means of comforting herself. She was crying so hard she was choking.

Don't get me wrong I do think Amber needs some serious counseling and educating. It's hard enough to be a mom at 40 let alone 16 or w/e she was

ok even when playing arms come out of sockets. Someone let her know. But you're not suppose to use a blanket before a year at least and pacifiers are not a necessity. You're also not suppose to ever leave a bottle in the crib

Its only a matter of time b4 she "blacks out' as she calls it & punches Leah, if it hasnt happened already!
Physical abuse or emotional, its all the same. That child should b removed from that house of horrors & given a better life!

I wanna know where was Leah while she was outside in her underwear calling the cops? Witnessing it all again? PEOPLE donot stop calling..help save Leah , so many children suffer this abuse- we can help this one!

Its not just the physical abuse either- listen to the mouth on Amber..the trash she tells a baby. Disrespecting Gary every chance she gets. Its emotional abuse!! Go back to bed Amber, show the ultimate act of love, give Leah a SAFE home!!!

I just heard the 911 of Amber calling on Gary. Pathetic Amber trying to set him up as the abuser! Wont work -u r despicable. Finally investigation is under way & someone may actually save Leah!

I am SO happy they are investigating this. Leah needs to be taken away from Amber and Gary needs custody. I wish I could have a little Leah to take care of! So Sad :-(
