Tara Reid was unrecognizable Friday night at Cipriana Downtown's Halloween party in NYC, and RadarOnline.com has the stunning pictures.

Reid attended the bash as a Barbie doll and her huge blonde wig made super-thin frame seem even smaller than usual.
Reid, who has made no secret of her battles with body issues -- she famously had plastic surgery that "went wrong" as Tara put it, and has struggled with her weight -- is attempting a movie comeback.

She has two small films in the can and hopes to see them both in theaters next year.
