Spencer Pratt has turned his creative mind towards the beach, making a lifeguard film unlike anything seen before and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive first look at the entire movie!

The film Tower 69: Malibu Beach Patrol Beach Featuring 3D Boobs is going to be released for free on YouTube and promises, in Spencer’s own words, lots of “boobs.”
Beyond the typical bouncing beach babes, Pratt says the movie has lots of surprises that make it more “avant-garde.” It has “an early 1960s cinema verite flavor,” Spencer says.

As for why he decided to show the video for free, the former reality star says he was simply thinking about what was best for the public.
"I really wanted to give back to my fans, and release the film for free on YouTube seemed like the perfect way to do it."

My 14yr old son has made movies better than that using a FLIP camera, some mannequins, clothes bought at K-mart and make-up and hair done by a 95yr old blind man!
