After David Arquette broke his silence on his extra marital affair with Jasmine Waltz on Howard Stern’s Tuesday morning radio show, Waltz surfaced and worked her smile for the paparazzi before hitting the gym in Los Angeles.

Waltz, 28, was fashionably dressed to break a sweat. She wore aviator sunglasses, skin tight Spandex, loose-fitting tank tops, and gold necklaces while yielding an all-important Blackberry and water bottle.

When asked if she was going to get a good workout, she quipped with a grin “I’m gonna try” before making her way into the 24-Hour Fitness near the Arclight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood.

Her new 15 minutes of fame has already garnered her special attention. As she checked in for her workout one of the fitness specialist’s gave her a hug almost to console her and directed her away from all the prying eyes and lenses.
And 45 minutes, the brunette beauty briskly walked to her dark silver BMW coupe while checking her Blackberry and calling her gym experience “amazing.” But she was less talkative when it came to her relationship with David. When asked when was the last time she spoke to the actor and what she thought of his radio chat with the shock jock Jasmine simply flashed her toothy white smile. She added some giggles when photographers begged her one more time to look their way before she drove off.

Arquette's Lover? Oh puleeze, she was a cheap one or two night stand. Period. He said as much on a radio show and claimed he was hoping to reconcile with his wife. Of course sleeping with someone else doesn't fix marriage problems to quote Dr. Phil!

She's an opportunist who saw the chance to hook up to yet another celeb. He's number 6 or 7 within a very short time. She's gonna get the paps to follow her one way or another. Pretty disturbing. Reminds me of Rachel Uchitel only no married men.
