Randy and wife Evi Quaid are in trouble with the law, yet again.

A spokesperson from the District Attorney’s Office in Santa Barbara confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the bizarre couple was charged with “felony of vandalism exceeding $400 and a misdemeanor of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house.”

Additionally, Evi picked up a second misdemeanor for “resisting obstruct delay of peace officer or EMT (emergency medical technician).”

The Quaids are scheduled to appear in a Santa Barbara courthouse on Monday to face their charges.

How sad that Randy has devolved to this. I was watching snippets of, "Christams Vacation" today and remembered what a great comedic actor he was. I can't imagine he'll ever have much of a career again.

It has to be drugs, like meth for them to act so insane. Vandalizing a home they sold 10 years before? I feel for Santa Barbara because it seems like ground zero for them. Their TX home was just sold in a foreclosure sale. Weirdos.

I think it's time to put a court appointed psychiatrist to work. I don't believe they are on drugs or criminals. I believe this is mental illness. And it's serious.
