EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Ordered To Appear In Court For Sentencing

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear in court October 22 in connection with her probation violation, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Judge Elden Fox ordered the actress to appear. She is currently at the Betty Ford Center for her addiction to cocaine. Lindsay tested positive for cocaine during one of her random drug tests that were a condition of her probation. Judge Fox previously said that any dirty drug test would result in 30 days in jail for the Mean Girls star.

Sources close to the situation tell us that Lohan won't dispute the test results, turning the court action into a sentencing hearing instead of a more formal probation violation hearing. (Lindsay admitted that she slipped up via Twitter after initially denying it, when the first news reports of her "dirty" test appeared.)

"Lindsay will be sentenced next Friday for her probation violation," a close source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Judge Fox could do several things. He could order her to jail immediately, sentence her to 30 days and suspend the sentence until she completes her stint at Betty Ford Center. Or he could come up with another scenario. "Lindsay's fate rests with Judge Fox."

Lindsay will be escorted from Betty Ford by at least one staff member from the facility. "Lindsay will have someone with her at all times when she leaves Betty Ford," said a source. "They want to make sure that Lindsay is not tempted by anything."

Sad thing is, LL has been a drunken, drugged out mess for a while probation or not. I think she needs to respect the judges orders and consequences of her mistakes. After that a lengthier stay in rehab would do her well.

Here I am Little Kitten...miss me? LOL Yes, Lindsay will be sentenced to 30 days jail, she will probably serve six. I didn't expect anything else, thats what the Judge said he would do. Lindsay will accept it and do her time.

LOL she won't even serve 6 she will get 1 day credit and i'd say she will do 3 or 4 max if she isn't released on the same day.

Let her go do what she wants, just take her drivers license away. As long as she's not on the road she can't kill me or anyone else. If she gets caught driving, mandatory 2 years in jail no early release.

Oh please, she is just going along the program in rehab because it beats sitting in a jail cell for 30 days. I guarantee when she gets out of the rehab she will be back to partying in two weeks. Its just all so pointless
