The woman accused of having an affair with David Beckham returned to court Monday to continue her divorce proceedings from her husband who claims she had sex with the soccer star.

RadarOnline.com confirmed Shery Shabani is in a Los Angeles courtroom for a closed door hearing in her divorce fight with her husband, millionaire lawyer Joseph Shanbani.

Shery is estranged from her husband, who told police officers his wife “f***** David Beckham,” after an altercation in their home on August 17, which was revealed in documents filed with the court exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

As a close friend of Victoria and David Beckham, RadarOnline.com learned she has hired a bodyguard and has 24 hour security at her home after filing a restraining order against her husband.
Shery denied the affair to RadarOnline.com. “It’s absolutely not true…this is a really nasty divorce, it was a domestic violence situation.
“David Beckham is a nice guy; there is no relationship, nothing. This has nothing to do with David; this is my husband’s craziness.”
Joseph had no comment when approached by RadarOnline.com.
