Lindsay Lohan is a surprise addition to the likes of Kim Kardashian, Tony Romo, Drew Brees and Carmen Electra as celebrities who have signed up with Cameo Stars, RadarOnline.com can report.

The celebs all recorded messages -- like birthday wishes and holiday greetings -- in front of a special effects green screen. Pay a fee (some messages are free), and Lindsay or Kim or Tony will virtually pop up on any Facebook page you designate.
Lindsay recorded her bit before she changed back to being a redhead. Her message involves a giant Chinese fortune cookie. Hey, the girl's gotta earn a living!
