Jesse James and Kat Von D posed hand-in-hand, looking every bit the happy couple Thursday night, and RadarOnline.com has the brand new photos.

The newly divorced James cuddled up next to the LA Ink star at the opening of Wonderland Gallery in West Hollywood, California.
At the event, Kat wasn't shy about professing her love for her biker beau.

"Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don't hang out with anybody unless I am in love," she told PEOPLE magazine at the event.
When asked if James is "The One" for her, Kat answered, "I believe he is, so yeah."
As for James, when asked if he was happy, he replied, "Yes."

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, James's Oscar winning wife Sandra Bullock officially divorced the West Coast Choppers owner this past June, only a few months after she learned her husband had been involved in a string of scandalous affairs during their 5-year marriage.
James recently moved to Austin, Texas, not far from where new mom Bullock also owns a home.

If may look a little uncomfortable since it was not that long ago it was him and Sandra at the awards. Maybe
Kat will cheat on him instead, I agree this was probably going on prior to divorce thats why she doesn't care.
