Lindsay Lohan To Appear On VMAs

Lindsay Lohan will be on tonight's MTV Video Music Awards, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. The troubled starlet will be making a brief appearance during the early minutes of the show, a source tells us.

Lindsay will be hitting the VMA stage after a whirlwind trip into New York where she met up with mom Dina, sister Ali and brother Cody for the first time since she was released from rehab. She also took in a quick Fashion Week meet-up with Kim Kardashian.

Although one of the terms of Lindsay's probation initially included no trips outside of California, that was since modified, another source tells RadarOnline.com.

Her "movie" career has been over since fully loaded in 2004, SIX YEARS AGO. She's a has been drug addict. I expect a lot of quiet snickers and boos, since she's not qualified to be on the show.

She just done a ton of photoshoots most notably Vanity Fair and is in Machete.
I expect a lot of cheering.
She has been through a lot and has served her time

Star I was going to say the same thing. Why bother with the courts, they dont make her follow thru on anything. Must be nice to be able to get away with crap like that.

The D.A didn't even want the extra probation or rehab.
Everyone wants her out of the sytem asap.
If the old Judge wasn't so harsh Judge Fox would have ended her probation/rehab sooner than November 1st.

No trips out of California, but since modified, it figures. Bending more rules for her, it's just a matter of time before she screws up. Why should she be at the award show tonight? I will watch football tonight. That will be better than the VMA'S
