Real Housewives of OC star Tamra Barney has filed a restraining order against her estranged husband, Simon, which bans him from coming within 100 feet of her and limits the time he can spend with their three children.

RadarOnline.com was there – and has this exclusive video – from outside the Orange County Superior Court in California on Thursday.

“She filed a temporary restraining order and the judge approved it,” a source close to Tamra told RadarOnline.com.

“Simon can't go within 100 feet of her and he can see the kids two nights a week and every other weekend.”

The pair is in the middle of a bitter divorce.

In divorce papers filed in January, Simon stated: “Petitioner contends that Respondent has been verbally abusive and has committed acts of disloyalty and infidelity.”

Tamra has denied the cheating allegations, even though she is dating Simon’s friend Eddie Judge since February.

The Barneys have three children together: Sidney, 10, Spencer, 9, and Sophia, 4.

She also has a 23-year-old son, Ryan, from a previous relationship.

Tamra and her attorneys arrived at Thursday morning to file the order, as our exclusive video reveals.

She refused to answer questions, but acknowledged our reporter when asked if she was happy with the outcome of the hearing.

Simon wasn’t there and was instead represented by his lawyer.

Simon was arrested early Tuesday morning on a domestic violence charge after he allegedly threw a retractable dog leash at Tamra which apparently hit her when she arrived to their Ladera Ranch, CA home.

If you watch and listen to their words in the show, you see this has been building for sometime. Simon does need to control and does so in a passive agressive manner. Happy to see her take charge of her life, and show him she's serious.

He's a loser? Let me tell you something you should have learned a long time ago...you never ever know what's going on in someone elses marriage. Even/especially if they have a "reality" show. Maybe HE is not the loser...
