EXCLUSIVE: Oksana's Motion For New Pediatrician Denied By Judge

Oksana Grigorieva has been handed a legal setback in her ongoing custody dispute with Mel Gibson, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Oksana's mega lawyers, Sorrell Trope and Anne Kiley petitioned to have a new pediatrician appointed for baby Lucia, and Judge Scott Gordon denied that request.
It is the first setback for Oksana's new legal team since formally taking the case.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us that Oksana wanted a new pediatrician for Lucia, and Judge Gordon didn't think that was necessary, and denied the motion.
Oksana and Mel are still being monitored by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services because of allegations of abuse that involved their infant daughter.

A source tells us, "there has been no evidence found of abuse, and the investigation is only open at this point out of an abundance of caution. Mel and Oksana are doting and devoted parents to Lucia"

Oksana is screwed if she has Scott Gordon as a judge. He is anti-woman all the way. Money aside, going against a man and having Gordon as the judge Oksana will need Trope and God on her side.

Oksana is horrible. Instead of hiring big name lawyers to do PR for you and try to financially rape Mel, she should just go quietly away and take the $5,000. Her sense of entitlement is beyond belief!!!!!!

Probably both Mel and Oksana agreed on this pediatrician so there would have to be a reason to change now.
This prevents either parent from finding a doctor who will say whatever he or she wants in a custody case.

Why would this control freak/judge deny this? It's absurd! Mothers always pick the pediatrician. This is sort of a shock.

That's a bit sexist. My dh and I interviewed pediatricians together and then decided together which one we would use.
