Modern Family beauty Sofia Vergara's boyfriend is hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center's intensive care unit Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has learned, after he suffered injuries to his leg and chest in a car crash Monday.

Nick Loeb's car careened off a cliff near Beverly Glen Blvd. in Bel Air, California on Monday, and a rescue team was deployed to rescue him, according to police.

Loeb, 35, was by himself when the accident occurred. A Florida politician-turned-LA businessman, Loeb began dating the Emmy-nominated actress, 38, earlier this year.

On her Twitter page, the actress updated her fans on his status: “Thnks [sic] everybody, Nick is doing very good. Pelvix [sic] fracture ,lots of pain but he is going to be ok. Gracias!!!”
