It's actually 17-year-old Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen, RadarOnline.com has learned, and she's looking very... mature for her age in the get-up -- a racy mini-dress complete with garters, stockings, suspenders and lap dancer shoes.

The emerging star was seen Monday outside London's Radio One Maida Vale Studios after a live performance with her band, The Pretty Reckless.
Momsen recently signed on as the face of Madonna's new clothing line, Material Girl.
"I'm psyched to be the face of Material Girl," she told OK Magazine earlier this month. "It's awesome. For one, it's Madonna, so it's gonna be cool and it's really an awesome experience so far. We just finished shooting and the clothes are awesome."
