The troubled 24-year-old actress was a no-show at the premiere screening of her new film Machete, instead going for a spin in a rented Maserati, and RadarOnline.com as all the pictures for you.

Lindsay zipped down to the Venice Beach area around midnight where she picked up her b.f.f. Jenni Muro. The pair then went straight back to Lindsay's West Hollywood apartment and Jenni spent the night.

As RadarOnline.com was the first to report, the Mean Girls star was granted an early release from her rehab stint at UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, yet still has to meet certain conditions of the court, including five AA meetings a week, frequent visits to a mental health professional, and residency in the state until November.

Oh goody. Before we know how she will conduct herself once the judge really does take off the brakes, she is now in a vehicle and can easily kill someone or your entire family. This is so wrong. She is NOT ready for any of this after almost no rehab.

My prediction is that she will remain sober and will turn her life around. Her mom is supportive to her along with her sisters and brothers. She needs to lose the "partying" part of her previous life. Good luck to you Lindsay.
