The toned and tan TLC star wore a black skirt as cameramen recorded more footage for her series, Kate Plus 8.

Gosselin, a Dancing With the Stars alum, was all smiles as she helped her little ones hoist their kites into the wind at the shore.

The Kate hype seems to be winding down quite a bit. Hope Kate goes with the flow and allows the the mainstream media to fade and doesn't feel compelled to do something extra special or cave into TLC's influence.

Hi everyone ....board looks quiet tonight. Had a busy day. We had some fawns come up to our back patio and we had some corn put out....little guys were so cute to watch. Guess you can tell I suffer from the "bambi syndrome"!

I saw some well wishers on here and I really do appreciate the good thoughts. Hate I have to wait three more weeks....physician is out of state now and won't be back til after labor day! Waiting is the worst!
