PHOTOS: Charlie Sheen Breaks Away To Cabo

Charlie Sheen and several of his pals are in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a relaxing getaway, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Sheen, dressed in a short-sleeved shirt and shorts -- almost identical to his Two and a Half Men character's wardrobe -- was spotted Sunday at the resort where the friends are staying.

On August 2, Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault on his now-estranged wife Brooke Mueller. He was sentenced to 30 days in a rehab center, 30 days probation and 36 hours of anger management counseling. His attorneys has been working on getting him credit for the rehab part of the sentence, allowing him to count the days he spent in rehab almost immediately after the Christmas day incident.

We're not sure where Cabo fits into the sentence.

He is a good looking guy...but I imagine that he smells of cigarette smoke 24/7 and to me, that makes him gross.

He looks great in these pics . he's so beautiful, glad to see he can have time away and relax and do anything he likes to do,, and he just looks sooooooooooooooo!!!!!! dreamy!!
