Uchitel, who received a $10 million pay out from the golfing superstar after their affair was revealed, seemed calm and relaxed as she went for her walk while wearing a bikini.
Meanwhile, several thousand miles away the wreckage of her affair with Tiger washed up in Bay County Circuit Court in Panama, Florida, as the golfer and Elin Nordegren filed papers that ended their 5-year marriage, which they stated was “irretrievably broken.”

The marriage exploded after Tiger’s affair with Uchitel was exposed. After the National Enquirer published a report detailing Tiger’s secret rendezvous with Uchitel in Australia late last year, more than 10 women came forward claiming to have had affairs with the golfing legend.

The 34-year-old former night club hostess denied the affair, but two of her friends went public and confirmed it. She then cashed out in a deal brokered by her power-house attorney Gloria Allred.
Despite receiving the huge financial windfall, Uchitel has struggled to get her life back on track and recently finished filming Celebrity Rehab 4 with Dr. Drew Pinsky. As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Uchitel created drama on the show, bolting for one night after a therapy session sent her over the edge.

Uchitel also had an affair with Bones actor David Boreanaz, another headline-making event.
But on Monday Uchitel appeared carefree on the sun-kissed beach in Malibu.

The $10 million was to keep quite about the Poly Max Extremes not any photos , sex or drugs.
Look at his winning streak since his scandal, he has not won a single event. Elin will spill the beans because she is now free of him.
