Will Lindsay Lohan Be Released From Rehab Early? Mystery Ruling Expected Wednesday

A mystery ruling in the ongoing court proceedings of troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan will now be issued by Judge Elden Fox on Wednesday, and not Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley is slated to attend a probation modification hearing Wednesday, along with prosecutors in the case, in hopes of getting the Mean Girls star out of rehab early, as her doctors at UCLA Medical Center believe she does not need more than 30 days of treatment.
Lohan, 24, was sentenced by the first presiding judge in the case, Judge Marsha Revel, to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.

Lohan began serving her sentence July 20 at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California. After two weeks in custody, Lohan on August 2 was discharged from the CRDC early for good behavior and overcrowding, and taken directly to UCLA Medical Center to begin the rehabilitation stage of her sentence.
Lohan appears in the film Machete, which hits theaters September 3.

The best thing you can do for her when she gets out is encourage to attend AA, and you and Ali should go
to Al-Anon.

Two DUI's while high on cocaine(and possession) and 4 times in rehab. Going out to clubs every night! Alcohol detected while wearing a scram bracelet! Only Dina Lohan wouldn't want her child to be in rehab!

Chill..I sure you you don't have to regret those words when she crashes...her mom is doing all she can to see her dead, or badly hurt. Even worse will be if she hurts an innocent family...DUI's are a very serious event..and she is addicted!

if she were addicted her doctors wouldn't be recommending early release. I think her docs might know a little more than a bunch of people posting on a gossip site. By the way, she doesn't drive so I'm not sure how you expect her to hurt anyone.

Some one that has been in rehab 4 times is not addicted? Dina married Michael Lohan and enabled him for years and now she's enabling Lindsay! Black belt co-dependent!!

Are the doctors being manipulated by OJ's lawyer? She went to rehab with the idea she was going to prove everyone wrong. When she had F U on her fingernail that's what she meant!
