Michael Douglas is in good spirits despite a recent discovery of a tumor in his throat.

"I am very optimistic," Douglas said in a statement to People.

It's CANCER. Is that too hard to say? 30% survival rate for advanced which he must have since he's getting radiation AND chemo. Hopefully he will beat the odds. He just might. Lay down the smokes, Michael.

I just can't get over how much he has aged! He looks like an old, old man! He used to be good looking. He looks like he's the same age as his father.
