The claimant, who filed her suit using her initials J.P., says that four security guards employed by the show threw her to the ground following a heated argument with Snooki.
J.P.'s attorney Eugene Lavernge of New Jersey says her chin was cut and she now has a scar from the incident, reported APP.com.

The incident occurred last September, the same night Ronnie knocked a man unconscious. That man, Stephen Ortiz, is suing MTV and the show's producers.
This new suit names the cast, their bosses at 495 Productions, MTV and its parent company, Viacom as defendants.

I hope they get the pants sued off of them & the show is taken off the air. These wannabees are all a bunch of animals & in my view are not TV STARS. They are all alcoholics & airheads.

Every single cast member of every single show has bodyguards. Dealing with the public can be deadly. No production wants that kind of exposure legally.

That can't be true... why would they have 4 bodyguards in Sept of 2009??? they were filming their first season then, and nobody knew who they were then... for all people knew they were college kids working on a film project.
