The cast of the fourth season of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab graduated on Monday night at Cal Tech in Pasadena, California, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

"The graduation was extremely emotional,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “The cast members talked about where they had been before starting the show, and what their hopes are for the future.”

Controversial figure and Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel was a standout in the group. “She made a very poignant speech, and she has probably progressed the most among the group. Even though she briefly left the show, when she came back, Rachel was more focused, and realized the work that she needed to do on herself."

Each of the cast members were given a specific care plan to continue the work that they had started on the show.

“Rachel won't check in to another facility as some of the others will be doing,” the source said. “Jeremy London will be going to another facility. However, Rachel won't be that route. Dr. Drew came up with a plan for her in which she will continue to work with mental health professionals and physicians so she can continue to get better.”

Since Rachel “made such tremendous improvement in such a short time,” Dr. Drew “didn't think she needed to go to a facility,” the source explained.

“Going to a facility wasn't necessary for her as it was for some of the others."

Celebrity Rehab 4 is scheduled to premiere in October on VH1.
