EXCLUSIVE: Tiger Woods Gives Up Orlando Home To Wife In Divorce

Tiger Woods is giving up the Orlando-area home he and soon-to-be ex-wife Elin once shared as part of the couple’s multi-million divorce settlement, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Most of the terms for Tiger and Elin’s divorce are agreed to, a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“Elin had planned a trip in July but postponed it,” the source said.

“Things were being worked out.”
Tiger is back on the professional golf tour and has been living in the Windemere, Florida house when he’s not playing.
At first, Elin was going to take the nearly-finished home in Jupiter, Florida as her primary residence, given she has close friends in South Florida.

But she changed her mind as negotiations progressed, the source told RadarOnline.com.
“It looks like Tiger is going to make the Jupiter home his permanent residence,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
“It’s got a state of the art gym and was built to his specs. And it keeps him just a few hour drive from his children.”
The Windemere home was the location of the best and worst times of the couple’s marriage.

Tiger and Elin lived in the luxury gated community with their two children until Tiger’s secret life of serial cheating was exposed.
Elin may move back into the Windemere home or sell it, the source said.
“She hasn’t lived there in more than a year and that home has good and bad memories for her,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
“She hasn’t told anyone if she’s going to keep it or sell it. But one thing is for sure, she will walk away from the marriage with enough money to do whatever she wants.”

Making matters even more uncomfortable for Elin is the revelation that Tiger had an affair with the 21-year-old daughter of a neighbor in the community.
Elin is living only a mile away from her former family home right now, but there’s no guarantee she wants to stay in the neighborhood once she’s free from the marriage.

In the early morning hours after Thanksgiving last year, Tiger drove into a hedge and a tree, after Elin confronted him about his affair with New York hostess Rachel Uchitel.

Tiger Gave Rachel $10 million to keep hush about something and it’s got Tigers game all messed up. Some are saying it’s the Poly Max Extremes he used on the golf course. But now he can’t use them because they are watching him like a hawk~!

I really hope Elin gets everything she wants. It appears to me that Tiger had a really nice wife. He will probably never find someone like her again. It's almost impossible to find someone who really loves you when your that wealthy. Idiot Tiger!

WRONG. Says: “She hasn’t lived there in more than a year". Thanksgiving is in NOVEMBER, when the Tiger mess, crash happened, and she WAS living there then as unsuspecting wife with Tiger and their kids. November is 3 months away, DO YOUR MATH.

I hope Elin and Tiger put this all behind them and are able to raise their children without hate etc. I give them both credit for not fighting this out in public. Hats off to both of them.
