EXCLUSIVE: Mel Gibson Wants Baby Daughter Grounded

It was Mel Gibson who wanted to yank baby daughter Lucia's passport, not his scorned ex-lover Oksana Grigorieva, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The disgraced actor's legal team attempted to have Oksana surrender the eight-month-old's passport while their bitter court battles brews, but their move failed.

"Mel is worried that Oksana might flee the country with the baby," said a source close to the case.
"The final agreement reached was for Oksana's lawyers to keep it in a safe place."
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Oksana appeared for a closed court hearing in Los Angeles on Wednesday involving custody issues with Lucia.

Testimony and negotiations went all day, behind closed doors.
At issue in addition to the passport, according to the court docket, were child support and attorney fees.

So all of a sudden Mel wanted the passport grounded..lol..it's fairly standard in a custody case that the judge tells both sides not to leave the state/country with the child without the courts consent. Wow..Did Oxsana Givdakashova call this in

Mel is a CONROL FREAK. Oksana has lived in the US with her son for YEARS and co parent's with his father.
Is Mel saying that she is so afraid of him that she may leave the country so he threatens her to make her stay?

Hmmm...strange. TMZ was reporting that the passport issue was not even brought up in court. Child support took up the entire time. Might want to recheck your "sources", ROL.

TMZ doesn't always get it right. They're oft debunked. These aren't very reputable sites, though Radar has been more reliable in other cases - like the Joe Francis/Jayde Nicole one, in which ROL got formal evidence & TMZ, as usual, had "sources."
