EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan "In Good Spirits" But Exhausted

Lindsay Lohan had a very different type of late night over the weekend when she was released from jail in the wee hours of Monday morning and whisked away to the UCLA Medical Center. A source tells RadarOnline.com that the actress is doing well despite her ongoing ordeal.

“Lindsay is in good spirits,” the source close to Lindsay told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “She is in good spirits, but she is extremely tired. Lindsay is just relieved to be out of jail." Lohan was transported from the women's correctional facility in Lynwood to UCLA in an unmarked van. Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and a representative from the hospital were also in the vehicle.

Lindsay was scheduled to go to Morningside in Orange County but as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Judge Marsha Revel nixed those plans because of concerns that drugs could be snuck into the actress.
As for her stay at UCLA, the source says Lindsay "is not in the lockdown psychiatric unit at UCLA." However, she will be monitored closely at all times and she will be required to stay the entire 90 days ordered by the court.

Lohan will remain on probation for another year after being released from UCLA. She has been prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal drugs and she will continue to be randomly drug tested.

I have no sympathy for this low life liar. She has earned every single minute of this. I am thankful the judge is applying the law and holding her accountable even though her own damn mother is an accomplished liar and does not.

Lockdown/UCLA-well, how appropriate. She's blown off two other subsequent rehab stints and gone right back to using. She's going to have to be sober for 90 days and the year afterward on probation of they will jail her for a long time. GREAT!

You beat me to it! Lindsay owes this judge her life just as Britney owes hers to her Dad. My hope is once she is rehabbed she will recognize how far done she was and never want to return to the abyss again. Wish her family would let her!

Does anyone have pictures of the facility or know what she is can/can't do? The judge changed her from the "beachside" facility because of security reasons, not for someone to sneak drugs in. All rehabs do random drug tests so that's lies.
