Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of MTV’s The Jersey Shore was arrested last week for disorderly conduct and RadarOnline.com has obtained the police report regarding the incident.

According to the document, Snooki initially refused the arrest attempt.

A source said Snooki had been drinking Patron before the incident. “J-WOWW was spotted trying to talk Snooki into going back into the house,” a friend said. “But Snooki was out of control and seemed drunk.” New castmember Deena was also present.

MTV is currently shooting the third season of the popular reality show. On Thursday night, Snooki was out on the town until wee hours of the morning. The pint-sized brunette has been in trouble with officials before- she famously got into a bar fight during the first season.

On the other hand, my son and his friends met the Jersey Shore guys on the boardwalk during the day and said they were really nice. He said people would shout their names and they would give everyone a little nod and a 'Hey'.

My daughter was at a club in Seaside 2 weekends ago and the Jersey Shore girls were there. The crowd was relentless with their heckling - calling them names and telling them to go home. She said it was embarrassing.
