Texas-Bound Jesse James Drops Price On Southern California Home

Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James is selling his Sunset Beach, California condominium, and recently dropped his asking price on the dwelling from $1,290,000 to $1,195,000, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The property is close to another 4-bedroom beachfront house Bullock and James once lived in that is also for sale, with an asking price of $6,750,000.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, James signed divorce papers last month that marked the end of his marriage to the Oscar-winning actress. He's selling his waterfront home, as he’s reportedly moving to Austin, Texas, which is also Bullock's hometown. While James has his sights set on Texas, Bullock has been settling into her new home in The Big Easy, as the actress recently bought a house in New Orleans, Louisiana, the hometown of her adopted baby boy, Louis Bardot.

Why is moving to the same town Sandra lives in? She must agree with it or he wouldn't be doing it. I think they are trying to pull one over on the fans!!!
