Sad that a young mother cannot enjoy the privacy of her own back yard without everyone making such a big deal of her wearing a bikini. It's her pool and its summertime and she looks great. It's her life!

It's not about her back yard or her privacy. It's about entertaining the young sons of her bodyguard and not being dressed appropriately. Their mother might have something to say about Kate letting everything hang out in front of her boys.
