Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott was released from the hospital Tuesday following a motorcycle accident last week that left him with a punctured and collapsed lung, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The hunky 43-year-old reality TV star updated his friends and fans on his Twitter account Sunday, saying: "I'm healing, slowly Ill be doing rehab for a while I messed a few things up when I crashed."
McDermott has two children with Spelling, 37: daughter Stella, 2, and son Liam, 3.
