Her marriage may be over, but singer Christina Milian was all smiles as she held her adorable baby daughter Violet on Sunday, and RadarOnline.com has the just released pics.

Milian was snapped in Toluca Lake, California, which is near Los Angeles, spending time with her mom/manager Carmen Milian and with music exec Big Billy Clark.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Milian's husband, Grammy nominated music producer Terius 'The Dream' Nash was photographed in the Caribbean this past weekend, romping on the beach with another woman. He was also spotted not wearing his wedding ring.

Only a month ago, Nash and Milian denied their marriage was on the rocks.
But on Monday, a rep for Nash released this statement, "Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

The couple wed in September of 2009. Their daughter Violet is 5-months-old.

I don't know who they are, but it looking at the pictures like he made a big mistake. He had an adorable wife and an equally adorable baby.

She is so much better without this bozo. He was stupid to be caught with the girlfriend before the ink was dry on the divorce. Good for her. Take his ass to the cleaners!!! Team Christina!!!

You shouldn't just marry a man because he got you pregnant. 1) It does not erase the stigma of an out of wedlock conception (hello, Ashlee Simpson); people still know how to count, and 2) Not all partners are mature enough for the responsibilities.

Don't worry girl you get that money you have him by the balls you get that paper an now that it doesn't look like he had a hard time moving on, you should have no problem with taking some of that money for you an your baby
