Heidi Montag filed paperwork to divorce Spencer Pratt on Friday at a Santa Monica, California Superior Court.

The on-again-off-again reality-TV couple has been separated for a couple months, and RadarOnline.com learned the duo would like the divorce settled as soon as possible.

“The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement,” Montag’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell told People.

Montag filed for legal separation from Pratt on June 8 at the Santa Monica court citing irreconcilable differences in her petition.

I honestly believe that Speidi has got her brain washed to say and do anything he says. She is just like a robot following his orders. What a shame she ruined her pretty face from far too much plastic surgery. She was prettier before.

Just another publicity stunt. I'll believe it when Heidi starts talking to her mom and sister again. Heidi is just following Speidis orders and I'll believe it when I see the divorce papers finalized. Or maybe they will divorce & then marry again.
